How does it work?
Browse the shop and if there is anything that interests you please ring the shop and confirm the availability.
You will be asked for a 10% deposit with the order.
Please note this is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances**, so if this is just a tentative enquiry then do not use this service. We do not want people reserving goods and then never coming in when other people may require them.
If items are in stock, we will tell you and confirm when they will be ready. Please do not come in until we have confirmed they are ready. If items are out of stock we will let you know as soon as they are in and ready to collect. If only part of an order is in, you can come in and pick up part, or wait until it is all in.
Please note our opening times to put in a reserve and collect query. You must pay the balance when picking it up. Also you can choose whether you’d prefer to pick the order up from Fuzz in Nottingham or Guitar Base in West Bridgford.
** A deposit is refundable only if, the order is not fulfilled or damaged. We will also refund if we cannot fulfill an order within an agreed time-frame.
